If you have an upcoming event for which you would like Gloriosa to prepare a proposal, please click on the link below to open the New Event Worksheet. You may print the form using the “Print Form” button at the bottom of the form, fill in the information you already know about your event and reference it when you call the Gloriosa office. Or, if you would like to complete the form on your computer and submit it electronically to our Event Services team, simply use the “Submit by Email” at the bottom of the form once you have finished. We will review your information and contact you as soon as possible to complete your proposal.
